This policy aims to set out the purpose, scope, and issues of personal data management within our company.
We collect and process personal data from our customers and prospects.
In accordance with the values of democracy, freedom, and transparency to which companies adhere, we do our utmost to ensure that our personal data protection system is as effective and relevant as possible, in order to meet our customers’ requirements.
With a view to respecting all of the points listed below, we have chosen to implement an internal system dedicated to the protection of personal data. To this effect, we have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), whose mission is to ensure that we fully comply with data protection laws.

Furthermore, we undertake to ensure that these third parties also respect personal data protection to a sufficient degree. We never sell or rent the personal data which we have collected.
4) Transfer of data
We do our utmost to not transfer, host or provide access to your data outside the European Union, or in countries which do not offer a sufficient level of data protection.
5) Data storage
In accordance with the principle of data minimisation, the data we use is strictly limited to that which is adequate, relevant, and necessary for our business operations. We also guarantee that the length of time for which data is stored shall always be kept to a strict minimum. The storage period is variable and depends on the nature and purpose of the data. The different periods that we apply are specified in our data storage policy.
In accordance with current data protection legislation, you have various rights regarding the personal data processed by SEL-LES JARDINS®. These rights are summarised below:
· The right to information, which allows you to know if any of your personal data has been retained by our departments
· The right of access, which allows you to request access to your data
· The right of erasure, which allows you to delete your data under certain circumstances
· The right to object, which allows you to stop or prevent us from processing your personal data
